Terms and Conditions

1. Parties are not allowed

2. Sleeping guests are not allowed

3. After 10 pm it is requested to respect the sleep of others

4. Please do not throw paper, feminine towels, or diapers in the toilet.

5. No Smoking.

6. We do not accept pets

7. Do not sit on the sofa in a wet bathing suit

8. Do not take bath towels to the beach.

9. Please wash the dishes to avoid ants and insects.

10. Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction caused by them, if any, they will be charged to their credit card.

11. Any violation of these rules can cause the loss of the right to stay in the house.

12. The departure time is at 12 noon WITHOUT EXCEPTION
